During my stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the onsen and coin laundry machines. Parking was convenient, located right in front of the hotel. Although a car is necessary to explore this city, there are a supermarket and 7 eleven nearby. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel location is terrible. It is far from everything and not connected to any public transport.
